As “growth engineers”, we have been supporting the targets with our extensive experience since C4 was founded in 2001. Previously, we were industry consultants, investment bankers (25 IPOs, numerous M&A transactions), top managers, board members of listed companies and supervisory board members of listed growth companies. <\/p>\n

We have gained a lot of experience in line responsibility, but also in our more than 24 years at C4, which we are happy to pass on.<\/p>\n

As a rule, our Growth Hub targets remain at the location for 1 to 3 years before they move to a scale-up location due to their size. During this multi-year process, the C4 Growth Hub targets are offered a growth environment among similar targets in addition to a very cost-effective top office infrastructure and free coaching. <\/p>\n

For its coaching services, C4 receives a 4% share of the increase in value of the respective target in the form of a success fee at the time of exit or change of control. Until then, no costs are incurred for the consultancy. A side effect is that the C4 Growth Hub targets usually develop extensive synergies with each other after a short time. <\/p>\n
