Hannes Voit, Founder/Managing Director

Education as a business graduate and tourism manager (Klessheim), as well as a certified management consultant. After working as a management consultant at the IRW Consult Group, he held leading positions in the Corporate Finance division of Erste Invest Consult (securities subsidiary of Erste Österr. Spar-Casse-Bank AG) and Investment Bank Austria AG. He was responsible for numerous IPO’s, Secondaries and Convertible Bond Issues on the Vienna Stock Exchange from the Corporate Finance Desk. In addition to the successful setup of the Mergers & Acquisitions division, he was responsible for investments by the Investmentbank. From 1994, he served in various management board positions at the Pankl & Hofmann Group and, most recently, he was CFO/CEO of Röhrig High Tech Plastics AG, which he guided onto the German Stock Exchange within an IPO. Since 2001, he has been Founder & Managing Director of the C4 Group. Since then, Hannes has carried out more than 70 transactions relating to equity capital, together with numerous M & A transactions.
